Our Entrance Area
This is where the adventure begins, and this is the first room you will see. It is full of books written by those having graduated from our Ghostwriting Course. Also, there are two desks which are available for individual rent.
In addition, you will find slippers and a comfortable seat for putting on and taking off shoes.
Our office is right next door, so you will be able to reach out to us if you need something.
Price:
from 48 euros per day (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
240 euros per week (Monday-Friday)
including taxes, coffee, tea as well as access to our kitchen and bathroom.

Our Seminar Room
This is the main room where seminars, workshops, and courses take place.
Take a seat, make yourself comfortable (the chairs are actually cozy even during an entire day of workshops), work, listen, learn.
In the background, Pippi Longstocking watches over us.
Not in this picture: our large screen, which sometimes serves as a bridge between the real and online worlds during hybrid events (live in-person and Zoom sessions).
Price:
102 euros per half-day, including coffee, tea, and materials

Our Seminar Kitchen
Those learning and working a lot should eat healthily—or at least well. This is where our seminar kitchen comes in. You can heat up your food in the microwave or air fryer, make some coffee or tea, and store your snacks in the refrigerator.
We also provide some flyers so you can order lunch.
This is how you will be well-filled not only with new knowledge and experiences but also with food.
Captain Cook will be yours exclusively when you rent our seminar room.
Mampfy
Our Lunch Room
Right next to the seminar kitchen is our lunch room where you can sit down and have lunch or take a break in peace. It’s important to separate learning from taking a break although some of our participants in the Ghostwriting Course like to use Mampfy as a writing retreat for exercises (which might also have something to do with the fact that the coffee machine is right next door).
Mampfy will also be yours exclusively when you rent our seminar room.
Chilly
Our Relaxation Room
This room is our space for creativity and recreation.
During workshops, Chilly is primarily used by our trainers. However, it is also used as a waiting area for those waiting for their book coaching sessions to start.
Chilly will be all yours when you rent our coaching room. You can use it as waiting area for your clients, as main room for your sessions or simply as buffer zone between the coaching room and the shared kitchen.
Attention: Chilly is not at disposal for an overnight stay.
Speakeasy
